An out of stock item will not be automatically added to your next order. If you still want the item, please try to reorder!

Enjoy the freshness and quality of your groceries assembled by dedicated experts. Our personal shoppers have been trained to select products as if they were shopping for themselves.

An order is not placed until you hit the confirm button. Once you have placed your order and have agreed to the terms and conditions, you can then no longer cancel your order. Please call us urgently to discuss in the case of a major event.

We're sorry to hear that you haven't received a product in it's best condition. If you have unfortunately received a damaged or spoilt product, please consult our Return Policy. Essentially, the product must be brought in-store within 7 days for an assessment.

Due to the high volume of stock we move through our store, it is possible that at the time of assembly an item is out of stock. If that happens, the item will be removed from your order and you will not be charged for the item. Please note specials are valid while supplies last. No rainchecks available.

Fruits & vegetables have a limit of 36 units. All other items on our online store have a limit of 12 units. For bulk purchases, please contact our e-commerce associate at 514-252-8277. No sale to merchants or sale for unauthorised commercial use.

When on the Login page, there will be a button that says “Forgot your password?”. Click that, type in your account email and when you hit the “Submit” button, a password recovery email will be sent to you.

All orders are subject to an assembly fee of $4,99. All deliveries are subject to delivery fee of $4,99.

The minimum order accepted is $60.

Finding the items you love is easy! Browse our weekly flyer and get familiar with our specials. Shop by aisle just as you would in-store. Use the search bar for specific items or brands.

Items priced by weight (for example bananas) appear in your Shopping Cart at the estimated unit pricing calculated assuming the average weight of one fruit or one vegetable. When the order is assembled, your items are weighed and the actual weight and price will be billed and updated on your final receipt.

PAYMENT

We accept debit card or cash. Payment will be taken upon pick-up or on delivery with our driver. Hence, it is important that you are present when your order is delivered to avoid a redelivery fee.

Payment is not done through our site. It is done in-store upon pick-up or with our driver on delivery.

Delivery

We have defined delivery areas by postal code. Click here to see if we deliver to your area.

Someone must be home to receive delivery and process payment either by debit card or by cash.

It is really important that the customer (or a designated person) be present to receive and pay for delivery. We take the time to carefully assemble each order and are clear on our terms pre-purchase. Should you miss your delivery, we will contact you and offer to redeliver for an additional fee of $4,99. For repeat occurrences, we reserve the right to refuse future service.
