The Achtarout family business started in early 1950 where Haddad began with the traditional way of baking: the Al Barouk (Lebanon) village tradition.
In 1998 they moved to Canada with the idea of expanding their vision in Montreal and the surrounding areas. Achtarout Bakery was founded then they started their traditional ways of baking high quality bread and pastries. Their goals are to keep serving the best pita bread & pastries in North America.
